Jupiter waterfront essentials: beaches, parks, and the Lighthouse
Where to start when you want a real day on Jupiter beaches, the Inlet, and the Riverwalk.

The Lighthouse is the most recognizable thing in town and the climb is the point: 105 steps to the gallery with a view of the inlet and the Loxahatchee mouth. Admission runs Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., from 500 Captain Armour's Way. Children must be at least 48 inches to climb. The gift shop stays open an extra hour. The site also runs Twilight Yoga on Monday evenings, Saturday-morning pilates, kids storytime, and sunset tours.

The Seabreeze Amphitheater sits on the same grounds. Tennis courts 1 and 2 are open; courts 3 through 6 remain closed for repairs. Bocce courts are also closed for repairs and renovations, with the county noting a weather-permitting schedule. A beach surf wheelchair is available on request from a lifeguard.

DuBois has the calmest swimming geography in town: a lagoon with a 100-foot guarded beach, plus 1,200 feet of Intracoastal frontage, snorkeling access, and 18 day-use boat slips. It is also a historic site: the DuBois Pioneer Home and Jupiter Inlet Mound are jointly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, on park grounds. Swim advisories can change quickly, so check the county beach status page before you go.

- Address: 19075 DuBois Road
- Hours: sunrise to sunset
- On site: 18 day-use boat slips, ADA beach mat

Jupiter Beach Park gives you the inlet-side experience: 1,700 feet of guarded beach, a sand volleyball court, and a jetty that stays open 24 hours for saltwater fishing. The park spans about 38 acres at 1375 Jupiter Beach Road. One ongoing closure to know: the picnic island, including the Jupiter Beach Pavilion, is closed to the public until the access bridge is replaced.

Public parking is at Burt Reynolds Park, 805 N. U.S. Highway 1, which also has boat ramps and day-use slips. Use the town map before promising a continuous end-to-end walk.
